This cute little heart tag is made using a manila tag that is five and a quarter inches long by two and a half inches wide. Each heart is fixed with layers of decorative paper and fabric scraps, colored pencils, and various ephemera. Topping it off is a pink and green striped bow. It looks great tied to a gift for that special person. A decorative piece of cotton twine is included for attaching to a gift.
